Fatty Acid Condensation Product

®PERRUSTOL CCA 500 is a cationic softener in flakes form. It has function as finishing agent based on fatty acid condensation product, conferring a very soft and voluminous handle to textiles of any fibre type. This product suitable for pad and exhaust methods. If combine with poly alumunium chloride it can be applicated in resin finishing. It has good antistatic properties and compatible with all silicone softener. On fabric, it doesn’t cause yellowing despite its cationic character. For application, due to the wax-like consistency of ®PERRUSTOL CCA 500, a concentration of e.g. 10-15% has to be prepared before the product is used.

Exhaust process: 2 – 5% (related to the weight fabric)

®PERRUSTOL IPS 500 NEW is a cationic softener in wax form. It has function as finishing agent based on fatty acid condensation product. It designed for special soft handle agent for the treatment of indigo-dyed denim and jeans articles made from CO and CO/lycra blends. It compatible for the universal soft handle finishing of wovens or knits as well as garments of all fibre types. It protects against destruction or yellowing of indigo caused by atmospheric pollutants or UV radiation. The properties of this product are very soft and smooth handle, low-foaming, can be applicated in drum washing machine, compatible with or dyed goods, resistant to yellowing at drying temperature < 170 oC, preliminary trials are recommended, not stable in resin finishing, not compatible with optical brighteners. Due to the waxy consistency of ®PERRUSTOL IPS 500 NEW, a stock emulsion with a concentration of e.g. 10-15% must be prepared.
