RUCOPUD B-WE

Aqueous polyurethane dispersion based on a special polyether for high-quality coatings, such as wood, building, parquet floor lacquers; to be combined with hard PU dispersions and self-crosslinking acrylate dispersions.

Addition level and application: Application quantity: 10% - 40% (related to the total formulation) To be combined with hard PU-dispersions and self-crosslinking acrylate dispersions.

Solvent: Water

RUCOPUD B-SD

Aqueous polyurethane dispersion based on a special polyether for high-quality, water-vapour-permeable coatings, such as wood, building, parquet floor lacquers.

  • good resistance to hydrolysis
  • high abrasion resistance
  • non-ionic
  • pH-value approx. 6 - 7
  • viscosity approx. 200 mPa.s

Addition level and application: Application quantity of the sole binder: 40% - 80% (related to the total formulation) Can be combined with hard PU-dispersions and self-crosslinking acrylate dispersions

Chemical description: aqueous, aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion

Active substance: Approx. 30 %

Solvent: Water

RUCOPUD B-HT

Aqueous polyurethane dispersion based on a special polycarbonate for high-quality coatings, such as wood, building, parquet floor lacquers.

  • low-temperature flexibility
  • very hard, dry film
  • highly resistant to hydrolysis
  • high abrasion resistance
  • anionic
  • pH value approx. 7 - 8
  • viscosity approx. 500 mPa.s

Addition level and application: Application quantity of the sole binder: 40% - 80% (related to the total formulation) Can be combined with soft PU dispersions and self-crosslinking acrylate dispersions.

Chemical description: Aqueous, aliphatic polycar-bonate polyurethane dispersion

Active substance: Approx. 34 %

Solvent: Water

RUCOPUD B-FX 21

Formaldehyde-free crosslinking component for aqueous polymeric dispersions, eg polyurethane, polyacrylate or polyvinyl acetate dispersion; booster for non-ionic and anionic fluorocarbon impregnating agents
