RUDOLF REACH INFORMATION 20 - 2017/07/10 / RI 20/2017

Dear Partner of RUDOLF GmbH

ECHA has included one new substance in the Candidate List on 2017/07/07 and has updated entries for five substances to include endocrine-disrupting properties for human health. Hence, the current Candidate List for SVHC - Substances (Substances of Very High Concern) contains now overall 174 substances and you will find it under the following link: http://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table

If our products should contain a concentration above 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w) of the new listed Candidate Substances, we will inform you and optimize the recipes of the products concerned. Our product management will suggest possible alternatives, in case you have purchased these products during the past 12 months.

If our products should contain a concentration above 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w) of the new listed Candidate Substances, we will inform you and optimize the recipes of the products concerned. Our product management will suggest possible alternatives, in case you have purchased these products during the past 12 months.

Hence RUDOLF GmbH meets their obligation to provide their customers with information as stipulated by article 31 (1) REACH. Your company as supplier of articles is able to comply with its obligations in the supply chain according to article 33 of the REACH regulation.

Furthermore, RUDOLF GmbH confirms that based on the current state of knowledge the products of our core product range do not contain any substances mentioned in the current SVHC - List of 2017/07/07 with a concentration above 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w) as components added intentionally to our recipes.

RUDOLF REACH INFORMATION 1 - RI 27/2008 - 16.05.2008

Dear customers RUDOLF GmbH

The new European chemicals policy (REACH) entered into force in June 2007. To smoothly implement the new regulation RUDOLF GROUP have thoroughly prepared for REACH in the past three years.

The first important step is the preregistration. All chemical substances (= substances affected by REACH) that must be registered have to be preregistered in the period 1 June - 1 December 2008. The preregistration is a prerequisite for taking advantage of the transitional periods until the final chemicals registration. Depending on the production volume of the ingredients of our textile auxiliaries, the registration will be effected between 2010 and 2018.

RUDOLF GROUP will have preregistered all their substances manufactured as well as directly imported ones. There is therefore no reason for changing our product range.

The registration requires to exchange information regarding exposures and risks when using textile auxiliaries and, if necessary, to report them to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). We will therefore possibly contact you in due course to find out about the use of our products, which is necessary to work out exposure scenarios.

We are your reliable partner in whom you can trust. This is part of our customer service.

Please contact our REACH IMPLEMENTATION TEAM at reach@rudolf.de for any questions you may have.
